of the powerpoint (click from the left to the right) to play some
pieces of music (one by one).

- Hand the flashcards/pictures (5 words of toys) out to different
Ss around the class. They pass the cards to Ss next to them
while the music is being played.
When the music stops, ask the Ss who are holding the card
“What is it?” to elicit the words. There will be 5 different Ss
holding 5 different flashcards, so T will have to ask all of them
(one by one) to read aloud the words mentioned in the
flashcards that they are holding.
- Play other pieces of music and continue the game in this way.

faces” using the powerpoint slide (slide 24).
- Tell Ss about the rules of the game: Each group will take turn
to choose the characters they like.
Teacher should read the names of the character first for Ss to
listen and repeat before starting the game.
After Ss choose the characters, they will have to answer the
questions that follow using the given pictures.
The group which chooses the lucky question will get 10 points.
Ss also get 10 points for any correct answer. The group with
more points at the end will win the game.
- Wait for SS' answer and help him/her correct it when
necessary.

- Play the
power - Teacher divides class into 2 groups to play game: STOP THE game
point BUS.
Everybody has a quick look at picture and call out the words.
When they have the answers, they will have to say “stop the
bus” quickly to get the right to answer the question.
The group whose members say “stop the bus” first will answer
the question by saying aloud the words of the pictures they see.
- T waits for SS' answer, helps him/her correct it and reads the
words aloud for the whole class to listen and repeat.
- Each correct answer to each question will get 10 points.
- The group with more points at the end will win the game.

asks one Ss to point to a picture, the other reads aloud the
sentence, then exchange.
